I have not been able to find any list of construction hotspots

I have not been able to find any list of construction hotspots. I'm trying to OSRS Gold plan my home in advance to get the correct building materials. But, even though I am aware of the types of hotspots are available, I don’t know how many are within each room.

I am trying to find out how many different items I can build without removing the other. From the information I've found it appears that curtains can have eight ghostly shadows, but selecting one creates curtains on all of the shadows. I've also heard there are three chair spots within the salon, though most guides only list "chair" as hotspots, but not "chair (x3)" which is what I'm trying to find out.

I strive to get the most out of my experience by using as little raw materials and coins as I can. If every spot is one-and-one, it might be simpler to know which spots have multiples and what they are worth. Every room would help, and it might make a good addition to the website (though that's not my purpose...I want that information for my own gaming experiences).

Respectfully, you can either be wrong or I am incorrect in the information I have about chairs. When I look up the guide's entry on the parlor, it provides six types of Buy RuneScape Gold chairs, not the number of spaces available to construct. Items such as the dining room or chairs in the parlor don't have any further information, even although I've heard of the curtains working throughout the space, not just in each location.
