While it's challenging by itself, here comes the biggest problem - Wrath Altar is accessed via Myth's Guild by climbing down Mythic Statue and RuneScape gold then running through caves that are brimming with the chromatic dragons. It's worth the effort. One other note - altar isn't accessible through Abyss and nor the output is able to be doubled.
You'll need Fletching skill level 70 and yew logs (Woodcutting proficiency level 60) to cut the longbow made of yew (u) from them, then bow string (Crafting ability level 10-10)) used to strangle the bow. Making the bow and stringing it will result in Fletching experience.
Skill Herblore to 25 in order clear Grimy Ranarr Weed The herb is found in Combat skill level 13 Chaos druids (which is an excellent cross gold opportunity because Chaos Druids can be cultivated for a variety of valuable items) and keep at it till reaching level 30 in Herblore skill. At that point, you'll unlock ability to craft unfinished Ranarr potions. Then, as usual - put it on Grand Exchange and hope for big profits.
Smelting bars are tied to Mining, you don't have to mine ore by yourself - essential for an efficient smelting bar there are enough people to buy RS gold avoid it therefore it's worth it to buy a lot of raw material from the Grand Exchange, smelt it before posting it as a refined item.
